Cortese dell’Alto Monferrato DOC Vino Frizzante

Alcohol: 12.0 % vol.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C

The cortese is a white grape variety which prefers calcareous marl soils that are not too loose.
Soft pressing is followed by fermentation for about  10 days at 16-18°C.
Its slight fizziness and its lovely, crisp freshness make it a pleasant, easy to drink wine.
