Dolcetto di Ovada DOC
The dolcetto grape, a red variety traditional to Piedmont, is cultivated almost everywhere in the region. Our Dolcetto d’Ovada is sourced from exceptional vineyard parcels in the Alto Monferrato area.
Winemaking is traditional, with 10 days of maceration and fermentation at about 28°C, followed immediately by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then given a brief bottle ageing.
