Erbaluce is a white grape that flourishes on loose, mineral-rich, soils, of Moraine origin. The traditional vine training system is the half-pergola, open on the south side, with consequent luxuriant foliage and vegetation.
This wine is obtained after termperature-controlled fermentation for about 10 days at 16-18°C, paying tribute to the name of the grape variety: the sunlight (luce) in its colour and grassiness (erba) on the palate.
